Born and raised in Denver, Preston is second of three children. With a father’s deep seeded root in the construction industry, he found it only natural to take his expertise in that direction. In 1995, he and his brother founded Hastings Brothers Construction, Inc... A natural leader and visionary, Preston’s presence helped pave the way to where the company finds itself today as the premier framer of large scale distinctive homes in the Colorado region. Under his guidance the company has evolved into a diverse and sought after entity. From the creation of the ornamental iron and timber division to the addition of the structural steel installation, Preston continues to raise the bar of excellence. He also has added the management of Hastings Custom Construction LLC, his father’s excavation entity, to his growing resume. He, like his brother, is very hands on. An organized and strong presence, he can often be found heading a number of projects in the field. As a skilled craftsman and artisan, you will often find him lending his talents to each project. Taking great pride in the quality of product that bears the family name, Preston’s attention to detail and strong customer service attributes continue to move the company towards a bright future.

Preston is married and the father of three. When not overseeing projects, you can find him spending time with his family, riding ATV’s, fishing, or relaxing at his home.
